Name changed to Beattys Driveshaft Centre to reflect the company’s specialised offering.

Commenced importing of driveline product.

Relocated to new premises on Oak Road, Auckland.
1989
Established a nationwide network of resellers.
1991
2nd generation enters ownership of the business.
1995
Specialist machinery purchased to overhaul large industrial driveshafts.
1997
Beattys launches its own brand of driveline componentry — TURRET.
2000
Hamish Brodie (3rd generation) joins the business.

Relocated to a purpose-built facility at Harbour Ridge Drive, Wiri, Auckland.

Beattys expands into global markets.
